My Will

April 8^th, 1820, Lubscombe Estate of Chester

Will & Testament of J. E. Clelland,

I, the undersigned, do bequeath to my parents (Lord John & Lady Mary Clelland) and Miss Vanessa Ashford, upon my death, 50% each my assets of wealth and property. These assets include my liquid savings at this time until I inherit the assets and property of Lord Clelland of the Clelland Medical Institute of New England. Should my parents die, then Miss Ashford will inherit the entirety of that which is mine to give.

This will holds as is unless I should marry and/or have children by blood or legal adoption. In such a case, I bequeath to Miss Vanessa Ashford 25% of my liquid assets and the remainder to my spouse and/or children… unless there is a more recent will drawn and notarized forthwith.
